It's been 3 years since I shut my previous venture-funded startup in the events tech space. After three years of traveling across India and living in my hometown, Kanyakumari I have realized a few things about myself.

  • I love being in the nature 🌊⛰️
  • I love to build startups. Not necessarily for money but for impact
  • I don't want to live long-term in a metro city anymore.

With these things in mind, I was looking for a new startup idea. At founders.careers, my job was to talk to founders of venture-funded companies who were hiring. Talking to over 100 founders, I realized every startup needs help with their hiring. Owing to the nature of the hiring, time constraints, specific skillsets, ... etc. startups need a recruitment agency or an internal multi-member hiring team to complete the onboarding of the candidate.
